About Us

Laser Cutting

With several convenient locations including near Florida's Space Coast, our principals is ISO 9001:2015 certified. With experience in Military and commercial Aerospace, a Lean manufacturing culture, personalized Engineering Services, and production and supply chain flexibility, they are strategic suppliers to some of the largest manufacturing organizations.

Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting precision parts

Utilizing high-definition CNC laser cutting machines we produce cut profiles from 1/16" to 7/8" plate on any type of conductive metal (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc.) with accuracies exceeding 0.005". Whether you're in need of 1,000 brackets made of 0.25" steel all the way to a single 10 GA copper sign, our engineers and staff can design, program, cut, and finish your part to exceed your expectations.

Powder Coating

Laser & MIG & TIG Welding

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a process that adheres powder to a conductive material (metals) and bakes on a durable finish that resembles painting. This alternative to paint provides many advantages over its rival including:

  • Durability-  Provides a more scratch resistant and durable surface for a higher quality part.
  • Cost- Powder coating provides long term benefits that often make it a long term low cost option relative to wet paint.
  • Environmentally friendly- With no VOCs, powder coating has virtually no solvent emissions
  • Thicker coatings capability- Powder coating can be applied more thickly than paint with no sagging or running.

Welding

We offer traditional MIG and TIG welding, performed in-house by our own employees, in order to ensure the highest quality on all types of materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We also provide fiber laser weld services which can provide the following advantages to the customer:

  • Welds up to 4x faster - yields lower welding costs
  • Higher beam stability combined with a more focused beam - provides the customer with a more aesthetic weld seam, less deformation and a stronger weld.
