 Our partners achieve precise tolerances and consistency for your parts using a state-of-the-art HAAS 5-axis mills, precision workholding, and skilled CAM engineering. 

• Maximum 5-axis capacity is 30in x 30in
• For highly complex parts, we utilize our 5-axis HAAS milling machines to do 3+2 or fully 5-axis parts for complex contours
• Allows us to run multi-setup parts with fewer setups resulting in faster turn times, higher quality, and lower prices. 

We offer additional automated Haas 5-axis and 3-axis milling machining services for increased capacity and throughput. 

• Can run quantities from R&D/prototype parts up to large production runs. 
• Maximum 3-axis capacity is 50in x 20in
• No need to regenerate programs from the CAM system
• Makes setting up 5-axis jobs as easy as setting up a 3-axis machine resulting in faster lower costs and lead times

We have full turning capabilities utilizing one of three lathes allowing us to turn a large variety of metals, plastics and other materials. Features and benefits of our equipment include: 

• 8.3" Chuck size allows us to run large diameter bar stock
• 4-Axis live tooling allows our lathes to perform complex operations such as off-center drilling, milling, cross milling, tapping, grooving/slotting and thread milling. This means fewer set ups, lower costs and reduced lead times
• Automatic bar feeders allow for lights out operation (no operator needed) lowering costs and reducing lead times.
