Lou Arasi

Lou joined HWA in 2011 with thirty years of experience in manufacturing. He served as a General Manager for a Florida based Label & Overlay Manufacturer and also as President of a Central Florida Wire & Cable Assembly Facility. Lou covers select accounts within Florida and the Carolinas. Cell: 352-360-5629

Lisa Coffield

Lisa graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1992. She started her career in the education field before moving into manufacturing in 2000 where she worked as a production manager in the graphic art department of an OEM supplier. In 2007 Lisa came to Hedrick-Walker and Associates, and is now the General Manager.

Scott Coffield

Scott joined HWA in 2005 after a fifteen-year career in the graphics overlay industry. He held positions in production, quality, customer service, and outside sales due to his knowledge of production processes and ISO quality procedures. Scott became managing partner and President in 2023, and handles the central Florida area from Tampa to Melbourne as well as some select accounts in South Florida. Cell: 352-308-6698

Joe Luttrell

Joe Luttrell studied for 2 years in the Machine Shop and Welding at Madison County Technical Center. He obtained his BS at Athens State University. His Associates include Certified Manager (CM# 04361) Designation through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers and Certified Quality Engineer CQE #33121 through the American Society of Quality. Joe’s work experience includes 34 years as a Machinist, Welder, Sheet-Metal Fabricator, Shop Supervisor, and Quality Engineer in the following areas: Machine Shop, Sheet- Metal Shop, Injection Molding, Die-casting Facility, and Class 100/1000 Clean-room assembly areas. He’s also served as Manufacturing Manager for Medical and Semiconductor fields, Machine Shop/Sheet-metal Shop Manager, Program Manager for Medical, Printing and Semiconductor fields, Supply Chain Specialist/Buyer and Supplier Quality Engineer.

Joe Rawlinson

Joe joined HWA in 2016 after a three decade career in the machining and PCBA industries. He owned a highly successful machine shop specializing in the military and aerospace industries before working at publicly traded companies where he held positions in operations management, material management/purchasing, and business development. Rob Sanville

Rob graduated in 1992 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Physics and later obtained an MBA. He worked as an R&D Engineer where he was granted several patents related to the PCBA industry. He later worked in Product Management at Molex and Arrow Electronics before joining FARO Technologies where he held increasingly responsible positions in product management, quality and operations. Rob joined the company in 2023 as Vice-President. Cell: 407-388-4177

Ed Sweeney

 Edward Sweeney attended FSU from 1980-1984 and graduated with a Political Science degree. He then went to work for RK Welter Associates in the fall of 1984 handling their South Florida accounts. Next, he worked for Bairstow Associates and handled Central and West Coast Florida accounts. In the winter of 1986, he went to work for Gallagher Associates handling the same area. In November of 1987, Ed joined RK Welter, which is now Hedrick-Walker. Cell: 404-210-4018

Bob Walker

Bob graduated from Rollins College in 1978 with a BA Degree, and attended the Crummer School of Business. He worked as a management consultant for Brooks International before moving to Lockheed-Martin's central procurement department in 1982. Bob then joined RK Welter Associates in the spring of 1984, and worked the south Florida territory then the central Florida area starting in 1985. By 1987, Bob had become a partner and Vice President at RK Welter & Associates, and in 1989 the company was renamed to Hedrick-Walker & Associates (HWA) when Ed Hedrick joined Bob as a partner. Bob stepped down from the role of President in 2023 and remained with the company as Vice-President.
